Marketing Strategy/Brand Awareness
At SCCA Proton Therapy Center I developed a new skill set from the ground up: managing a $1.5M marketing budget, creating an developing an effective, lead-gen marketing program targeting patient and physicians; analyzing business metrics to identify areas of success and pain points; identifying and creating opportunities for storytelling both within and outside the organization.
Art direction/Production
I know how to pull together the right team to get the job done. From still photographers to video producers, creative agencies, podcast producers - you name it, I’ve researched it and developed crack teams for numerous projects. I’ve also done a lot of the work myself as an art director. Never met a double truck I didn’t like. Words may tell a story, but images sell it!
Content and communications
I’m not afraid to dive into unfamiliar territory, whether it’s selecting and managing agencies, developing podcasts, or or diving into CMS. Give me some time to noodle around and I’ll be up and running, stat. Moreover, I’ll have fun doing it.
Digital design
Whether it’s building a website from the ground up (like this one) or making sure content is up to date, eye catching and relevant, I’m good to go.
Ads: The side hustle
What’s that? Print is dead, you say? Not so fast. At WSDA, I sold enough ads to pay for all the print and mailing costs and still generated $100K of net revenue a year. And while that might not seem like a lot to a Fortune 500 company, would you turn down $100K in net rev?
I doubt it.
Worker bee stuff
Let’s talk turkey. I’m always willing to roll up my sleeves and dive in to drudgework. Honestly, no one is too good to do the crummy stuff. I strive to lead by example, and always share the exciting work, while shouldering some of the less pleasant stuff.
Electrical
Just kidding. I wanted to make sure you’re paying attention. Call your electrician, I’m not touching that stuff.
